Jun 27, 2019 · OpenVPN Connect is a powerful package, but it won't be able to connect to your VPN until it has all the necessary configuration files, the settings which define how each connection should work. I have setup the OpenVPN server on ClearOS 5.1 sp1 & configured it to the best of my understanding of the user guide. I downloaded & installed the OpenVPN client on a Win XP box & downloaded the certificates & config files from the server to c:\\Program Files\\OpenVPN\\Config.
