I am using a Synology NAS running OpenVPN as the server. My phone will connect to it either through the mobile network or another WiFi router on a different provider than mine. The problem is, when I look up my public IP, it doesn't change. When I look at the kb uploaded/download it doesn't appear to change either. Any idea?
