All I have are randomly generated UPnP rules whish will have bad effect on gaming. I asked other players, when you have UDP 9306, the networking during the game is the best and the most stable one. Reboot PS4, reboot router, clear and reopen UPnP have no use. I have to wait, sometimes 2-3 hours and things goes normal again.
